Hi, I'm Marcial Sommer, a Swiss Filmmaker and Photographer

 

Since 2016, I’ve been passionate about telling stories through photography and film. I fell in love with the process, with the privilege to be able to freeze time, to capture unique and inspiring stories for others to enjoy. I've had the privilege of embarking on various projects that have taken me across the globe, allowing me to refine my craft along the way.

Away from the camera, I find joy and inspiration in the realm of outdoor sports, particularly paragliding, highlining and climbing. There's an undeniable beauty that comes with soaring with birds, walking a line suspended in the air, or scaling a vertical face. These experiences not only invigorate my spirit but also serve as a profound source of inspiration for my artistic vision.
